Eloy Court Docket Searches
The Eloy Magistrate Court page comes first for any city case. It posts current contacts, payment routes, and local instructions. For wider searches, Arizona Public Access to Court Information can help with a participating matter. The statewide tool leaves out local ordinance charges, though. Its result is never the official record.
- Read the court name and required appearance date on the citation.
- Copy the case or citation number exactly as printed.
- Use the Eloy city channel for a Magistrate Court file.
- Check charge, status, event history, and newest setting.
- Call the owning clerk when a result is absent or recently changed.
Check the court named on your paperwork. A Justice Court or Superior Court case does not belong to the city search. Route it to that court directly. The Pinal County Clerk of the Superior Court does not certify Eloy municipal records, so confirm the court, the case number, and the filing date before trusting a broad party-name result.
Eloy Magistrate Court Local Record
Eloy Magistrate Court keeps the local register for city traffic, misdemeanor, and ordinance cases. Its dedicated home is the Eloy Justice Facility. The address is 801 N Main Street, Eloy, AZ 85131. The published phone number is 520-466-3913. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The official court page is more than a payment link. It names the court that owns the record. It also lays out the current ways to get a response.

Always check the page live before you travel or pay. For the chronological Eloy register, copies, or a current setting, contact the Magistrate Court clerk with the citation number.
Inside the Eloy Municipal Court
The Magistrate Court's reach is local and limited. It does not hold every case tied to Eloy. Felonies and general civil disputes belong to Pinal Superior Court. Family cases, probate matters, and juvenile files belong there too. A county citation or limited civil matter may fall to a Justice Court. That court's jurisdiction follows the precinct.
Payment follows the court's published instructions. It accepts cash, cashier's checks or money orders, PayNearMe, and AZCourtPay. Personal checks and phone payments are off the table. A third party can pay using the person's name and date of birth. That transaction still does not give the payer the full Eloy docket.

Eloy Payment Is Not Docket
A payment channel finds an eligible account and processes an approved transaction. The Eloy court record does more. It can index the charge, party role, plea, notices, settings, court orders, financial events, compliance, and disposition. A receipt proves a payment, not a complete case history.
| Eloy source | What it does | Main limit |
|---|---|---|
| AZCourtPay or PayNearMe | Processes an eligible payment | Not a full register |
| Magistrate Court docket | Tracks case events and settings | Images may be restricted |
| Clerk request | Provides lawful copies | Access and fees apply |
Payment can amount to your case choice, as the court explains. Look at contest and defensive-driving options first. Eloy takes no payment by phone. Its published instructions also say extensions are not granted by phone. A call can clarify the rules, but it never moves the deadline.
How you pay changes nothing. Cash settles an eligible transaction through the city court's process. So do an approved money order, PayNearMe, and AZCourtPay. No method transfers the case to Pinal Superior Court. Keep the confirmation, then check the Eloy register when proof of a disposition or a compliance entry matters.
Finding Eloy Court Dates
Your citation gives the first Eloy appearance date. Later action can continue, reset, or vacate that setting. Read the register in chronological order and inspect any newer notice or minute entry. Old dates stay in the case history and may still appear after they are no longer active.
| Date | The active scheduled day after later changes are checked. |
|---|---|
| Time | The required appearance or docket-call start time. |
| Court | Eloy Magistrate Court or the other court in the caption. |
| Setting Type | Arraignment, pretrial, hearing, trial, sentencing, or review. |
| Status | Scheduled, continued, reset, vacated, held, or completed. |
Arizona Case Search updates on Friday with data through Wednesday. Same-week changes can lag behind. Confirm the date with Eloy Magistrate Court when a setting is near or the public result conflicts with a notice.
Confirming Eloy Appearance Dates
Use the safe chain documented for Eloy: citation › Eloy court portal or contact › current setting confirmation › direct municipal records request. Each step answers a different question. The citation identifies the court and first date. The portal may show status. The clerk can confirm a recent change. A record request supplies the available filed material.
Do not assume a phone call grants an extension. The court's published rules say no. Follow the current written process and keep proof of any request. Until an order or notice changes the setting, treat the stated date as active.
Urgent check: When an Eloy date is close, call 520-466-3913 with the citation number and ask whether the setting remains active.
Silence is not a court order. Neither is a blank search or an unavailable payment screen. Only the court can say what the docket now requires.
When two notices conflict, compare their issue dates. Watch for words like reset, continued, or vacated. Keep both papers. The older one stays in the event history. Then ask the clerk which entry is active. Ask whether a new written notice went out, so an old date never gets read as the next Eloy appearance.
Eloy Traffic Ticket Lookups
Start with the citation itself. If Eloy Magistrate Court is printed on the ticket, the case sits at the city court. A county citation may belong to a Justice Court instead. So read the issuing agency and the court caption together before picking a docket search. Pull the case or citation number and confirm the appearance date.
Arizona’s statewide traffic Case Search handles numbers with a two-letter prefix, such as TR - 19010111, plus name searches you can narrow by court. Local ordinance charges do not appear there. A blank result on an Eloy ordinance matter points you back to the city clerk.
Defensive driving can keep a ticket off your record. The official fee table effective April 1, 2026 shows an Eloy subtotal of $169. That subtotal covers court, state, and surcharge amounts. The school charges its own fee on top. Eligibility turns on the violation and the completion date, so confirm you qualify before paying. The Pinal County traffic court guide explains how city and county citations split.
Eloy Ordinance Record Gaps
Eloy ordinance cases never show up in Arizona’s statewide Case Search. That is a coverage gap, not proof of anything. A Municipal Code case can be fully active while the state query comes back empty. The portal also leaves out sealed cases, orders of protection, mental-health and probate matters, victim or witness data, and juvenile delinquency or incorrigibility information.
Work through a failed search in order. Check spelling first. Then check number punctuation, the court you selected, and how old the filing is. Keep in mind the index refreshes weekly. After that, consider whether the case falls into an excluded category. For a public city file, call Eloy Magistrate Court. Ask about inspecting the register or requesting the item. A gap online is never a dismissal.
Note: an ordinance exclusion is about statewide coverage only; it does not make every Eloy municipal record confidential.
How Eloy Cases Reach the County
Eloy Magistrate Court handles the city tier of cases. Felonies, along with general civil, family, probate, and juvenile matters, start instead in the Superior Court of Arizona in Pinal County. The local Justice Court takes its own precinct filings. Those include traffic, misdemeanor, eviction, small-claims, and limited civil matters. An authorized Eloy appeal can also create a Superior Court appellate record.

Filing an appeal does not move the original file. Eloy keeps the municipal record even after the case goes up, so hold onto the city case number and any new Superior Court number. Search the city docket for the citation, hearing settings, and disposition. Then search the county file for appeal events. The Pinal County court docket overview lays out the county search route.
Eloy Appeal Docket Path
A municipal appeal is a review, not a fresh trial. The Eloy docket may show a notice of appeal. You may also see entries about preparing or transmitting the record. Pinal Superior Court then logs receipt, briefing, review, a decision, and any remand under Arizona law.
The record consists of the filed papers together with audio or a transcript when one is required. The reviewing court applies the law to that record. So request an Eloy audio item or document from the municipal clerk who holds it. Go to the Pinal County Clerk for county appellate filings.
Timing matters for civil traffic. Municipal appeals generally need a Notice of Appeal within fourteen days. Verify the current rule and the court’s instructions right away. Do not wait on the weekly public-index update.
Who Can See Eloy Court Records
Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123 sets the rules for access to judicial records. Open Eloy records can be inspected or copied through the court itself, and an online status tool may show less than what you can lawfully view at the counter. Sealed and confidential records stay restricted.
No general request overrides a court order. If access is denied, ask the Eloy clerk about the Rule 123 request or review procedure, and name the citation, the item, and the copy type precisely. Confirm current municipal copy fees with the city court. Superior Court charges do not control Eloy copies.
Access rules: ACJA section 1-604 addresses remote and facility access. A.R.S. section 39-121 states Arizona’s general inspection principle, subject to Rule 123 for court files.
Eloy City Court Source
The City of Eloy website serves as the municipal directory for departments and services. Use it to identify the city source. From there you can reach live Magistrate Court contact information.

The city page is not a party-name search. It does not replace the Eloy docket. For a specific hearing date, record request, payment restriction, or compliance question, use the court contact directly.
When you request a copy, give the citation or case number and describe the item you want. Say whether you need a plain or certified copy. Each clerk can certify only its own record. Municipal requests stay with Eloy, and Superior Court requests go to Pinal’s clerk.
Precision also prevents matching the wrong person or year. Include the court name, case number, document title if you know it, and a tight date range. Without a number, explain what identifying information the court can lawfully use. Ask about the current charge and delivery method before sending payment, since Superior Court copy fees do not automatically govern Eloy Magistrate Court copies.
